TechTree is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments end-to-end. You will survey sites, plan, install, and integrate an on-prem stack with cameras, networks, and robots, then tune and hand over to operators.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and solid Linux fundamentals.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Switzerland and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Deployments end-to-end at customer sites: surveys, network and hardware planning, installation and integration.
• On-prem infrastructure: install and manage edge hardware and related stack inside customer networks.
• Integrations: connect cameras, sensors, VMS, and robots into a coordinated system and write glue code where needed.
• System tuning: calibrate detection and tracking for site conditions and threat profiles.
• Pilots to production: translate pilots into contracts by making them technically successful.
• Customer understanding: interview operators and leadership to map real problems and bottlenecks.
• Customer trust: train operators and respond quickly when issues arise.
• Deployment playbook: convert lessons into runbooks, tooling, and automation.
• Product feedback: relay field signals to core engineering and influence roadmap.
