Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a detail-oriented Fees Specialist in Geneva to manage base fee schedules, client and counterparty fee exceptions, and billing processes. You will support Front Office and Operations with daily fee questions and assist in repricing initiatives.

The role requires fluency in French and English, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of market finance. Swiss residence is expected, with a focus on accuracy and cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Create, amend and maintain the base fees schedules group wise.
• Set-up, amend and manage the clients’ fees exceptions.
• Set-up, amend and manage the brokers and other internal counterparties fees exceptions.
• Perform follow-up on outstanding fee setups or requests.
• Daily support to internal clients (Front Office, WM Leads, Finance, Operations).
• Prepare and manage quarterly fees billing, including manual billing exceptions.
• Contribute to repricing initiatives and fee opportunities.
• Participate in other projects impacting the Fees team.
