Job summary

Pictet Group in Geneva is seeking an experienced Family Learning & Development Advisor to shape and grow our Family Human Capital offering, helping international, multigenerational families develop their knowledge, judgement and leadership.

You will design bespoke development journeys, coordinate internal experts and external partners, and evaluate outcomes to refine our programmes, with international travel and a role in Wealth Solutions' Family Advisory team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing consulting and advisory work for external clients.
• Experience with ultra-high-net-worth families and expectations.
• Translate complex challenges into tailored, practical learning experiences.
• Strong expertise in programme design and experiential learning.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the Family Human Capital offering scope and standards.
• Build capabilities to deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions.
• Design bespoke development journeys for family members’ aspirations.
• Coordinate internal experts and external partners for delivery.
• Evaluate outcomes and refine the offering.
