Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in business development, consulting, sales, client relationship management, leadership, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and conduct meaningful professional conversations.

• Genuine interest in leadership, learning, personal development, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients via professional networking and consultative conversations.

• Present leadership and personal development programs and guide evaluation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with proactive follow-up.
• Manage your own business development activities and schedule toward performance goals.
