Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil, Switzerland, seeks a hands-on technician for a 6-month fixed-term position focused on test-part preparation and quality inspection of metal and polymer components.

You will work with CNC-milled parts, DMLS metal parts, rapid prototypes, and support wind tunnel pre-assembly. English skills helpful; German a plus; shift-based, meticulous and safety-conscious, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, finishing and quality inspection of test parts, including CNC-milled metal components, DMLS additively manufactured metal parts, and rapid-prototyped polymer parts.
• Surface finishing operations such as sanding, grinding, painting, drilling, tapping, and deburring to meet required specifications.
• Pre-assembly and fit-check of components for wind tunnel testing.
• Performing dimensional and visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
