Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil is seeking a skilled Polymechanic EFZ to set up and oversee highly complex milled components and to implement process-relevant modifications on 5-axis machines.

You will work closely with the CAM team to optimize milling processes, handle prototype and small-batch parts, and ensure production quality from material ordering to finish.

Fluency in German is required; English is a plus; the role demands independent, precise work in a two-shift environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed a vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification.
• Initial experience operating 5-axis milling machines.
• Knowledge of Heidenhain control systems (TNC640 advantageous).
• Strong quality awareness with an autonomous, precise work style.
• Fluent German; English a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set up and oversee highly complex milled components and implement process-relevant modifications.
• Continuously optimize milling processes with the internal CAM programming team.
• Manufacture on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 control systems.
• Load and prioritize prototype, single, and small-batch parts using modern robot technology.
• Maintain accuracy of components and monitor the full production workflow.
• Coordinate the entire process from material ordering to quality control of workpieces.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machine runtimes in a two-shift system.
