We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. This position is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) and is a fixed-term role for 6 months.

The mission includes preparation, finishing and quality inspection of test parts, surface finishing, pre-assembly for wind tunnel testing, and dimensional/visual inspections to ensure quality and engineering compliance. You will work in a hands-on role with rapid prototyping parts, employing hand tools and precise measuring equipment, in a team that values

Qualifications

• Several years of technical, hands-on experience, ideally working with rapid prototyping parts preferred.
• Skilled in working accurately with hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Independent and responsible approach to work, with the ability to maintain high quality standards throughout all work steps.
• Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Accurate and professional interaction with colleagues and superiors.
• Team-oriented mindset with a high level of personal initiative and motivation.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Preparation, finishing and quality inspection of test parts, including CNC-milled metal components, DMLS additively manufactured metal parts, and rapid-prototyped polymer parts.
• Surface finishing operations such as sanding, grinding, painting, drilling, tapping, and deburring to meet required specifications.
• Pre-assembly and fit-check of components for wind tunnel testing.
• Performing dimensional and visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
