Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of engineering and project management experience with complex safety-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electronics, sensors, and HUD technologies.
• Experience coordinating multi-supplier engineering programs in motorsport or aerospace.

• Define and own the multi-year technical roadmap and milestones.
• Lead systems integration across on-car electronics and driver equipment.
• Coordinate suppliers and research partners; align with FIA stakeholders.
• Develop validation plans and manage risk and governance.
