Exyte in Basel is seeking an Expert Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments. You will source, attract, and hire top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers across the organization, with a focus on Switzerland.

The role covers 360-degree recruitment, interview facilitation, data-driven reporting, and ensuring compliant processes using our ATS. Fluency in German, English, and French is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Multiple years of professional experience in recruitment (agency or in house) in a relevant sector (i.e. Construction, Engineering or similar).
• Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market.
• Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors.
• Business fluent communication in German, English and French, Italian language skills are a plus.
• Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Managing 360 degree recruiting in a dynamic, fast growing international company.
• End-to-end recruiting using various active sourcing tools, including roactively sourcing candidates through tailored database searches, advertising, social media and other sources.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Holding weekly catch ups with project teams and hiring managers to ensure all recruitment is being progressed efficiently and any issues are being resolved quickly.
• Chairing on interviews and ensuring a relentless commitment to hiring the very best talent for the business.
• Generating reports in relation to internal recruitment and open vacancies.
• Ensuring a compliant recruitment process through our ATS and maintaining accurate records of recruitment MI e.g. cost per hire, hire source, etc.
• Supporting other countries in terms of Recruitment when necessary.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, and will work closely with hiring managers across various departments, with key focus on Switzerland.

This position is based in our head office in Basel.
