Job summary

Swissquote is seeking an Associate Director for Existing Clients to oversee BRM’s oversight and controls for corporate and institutional clients across Gland and Zurich. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure timely periodic reviews, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Sales to drive risk‑aware growth.

The role emphasizes process improvements, audits coordination, and clear reporting to senior management, while upholding Swissquote’s risk framework and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in client periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring or compliance in financial services.
• Experience leading teams or a senior/first-line role is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of FINMA, AMLA and related periodic review standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational and people management for the Existing Clients team.
• Oversee periodic review processes across institutional clients.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely reviews and documentation.
