The role supervises internal controls and governance standards, with responsibilities spanning credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk, plus regulatory relations and risk transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required; professional risk/control qualification preferred.
• 10+ years in a leadership role in banking/financial services with regulatory experience.
• Experience in risk governance, internal controls, and risk culture initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead Controlling & Risk department, ~20 staff, specialised risks across group.
• Oversee risk governance, reporting to Risk Committee, Executive Mgmt, Board.
• Own risk framework: policies, risk appetite, controls, governance docs; drive maturity.
