Implement Switzerland is growing with ambition and we are looking for experienced Partners who want to co-create and co-own that journey across Leadership & Change Management, Business & Operations Design, Strategy and M&A, Digital Transformation, Commercial Strategy & Transformation, and Planning Excellence (Supply Chain).

You are an established consulting leader with a proven track record as a Partner or senior leader, a strong Swiss commercial network, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland.
• Proven track record as Partner or senior leader in a recognised firm.
• Strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within Life Sciences or the Financial Industry.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Reputation as a trusted advisor.
• Distinct entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.

• Fluency in German and English (essential for our Swiss market)
• A reputation as a trusted advisor
• A distinct entrepreneurial mindset – you build, you lead, you take ownership
