Job summary

DSwiss AG's SecureSafe is seeking a hands‑on Head of Product who will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap end to end, working closely with the CEO, CTO and Engineering to deliver secure, privacy‑by‑design solutions for financial and regulated customers.

You will lead Product Management and Product Design, translate strategy into priorities, manage team growth, and partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to drive adoption and commercial impact across international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior product leadership within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Fluency in German and English for cross‑border collaboration.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex buying processes.
• Ability to build and grow high‑performing product teams.
• Strong focus on privacy and security considerations in product decisions.
• Analytical thinker with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and end‑to‑end roadmap.
• Translate strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities.
• Stay close to customers to understand workflows and evolving needs.
• Monitor competitors and market developments to inform positioning.
• Lead and develop the Product Management and Product Design teams.
• Establish an effective operating model for discovery, prioritization and release.
• Collaborate with CTO and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on go‑to‑market and adoption.
• Make portfolio choices to invest, simplify or retire features.
• Represent Product in the Management Team and influence company direction.
