Job summary

Alentis Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development to provide medical leadership across our clinical programs. You will shape strategy, oversee trial design and execution, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead Medical Monitor activities, collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Biostatistics, Translational Medicine, and engage with global health authorities. The role is on-site in Allschwil with up to two days home office, and requires an MD with

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with advanced clinical training in oncology.
• Minimum 8 years in clinical drug development in biotech/pharma/academia.
• Experience as Medical Monitor in interventional trials and Phase I-III.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and global regulations.
• Experience with regulatory interactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across clinical programs and strategic input.
• Lead design, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting of trials.
• Oversee safety oversight, SAEs, and pharmacovigilance collaboration.
• Support regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
• Engage with investigators, KOLs, and trial sites to advance programs.
