BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Head of Strategy & Operations – New Markets to lead strategic planning, cross-functional orchestration and organizational effectiveness across New Markets.

Reporting to the Head of New Market Development, this role partners with global, regional and country leaders to translate priorities into executable plans, ensure governance and drive workforce planning and operating model improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related life-sciences industry.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with ability to translate complex business challenges into priorities and executable plans.
