Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in communications/PR in life sciences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-market communications strategies at regional or international level.
• Strong strategic mindset to translate business priorities into communications and reputation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Strong relationships across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Policy and Patient Advocacy.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with digital and modern communication tools; AI-enabled content development is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional communication strategies aligned with corporate priorities within budgets and timelines.
• Drive corporate reputation initiatives, including executive visibility and media engagement.
• Lead regional product and pipeline communications aligned with Global Brand Communications and launch readiness.
• Partner with Patient Advocacy teams to elevate patient voices and collaborations.
• Collaborate with Policy and Government Affairs to support policy narratives and faster access to treatments.
• Coordinate with country Corporate Affairs teams to ensure message consistency and capabilities.
• Lead agency management and oversee high‑quality development of communication materials.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and optimize impact.
