Zusammenfassung

HEKS/EPER in Zurich seeks an experienced, strategically minded leader to head Global Cooperation (GC) and join the Executive Board. You will oversee international programmes across development cooperation, humanitarian aid, church cooperation, and policy, guiding strategy, risk, and impact while collaborating with partners and donors.

You bring a Master’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years in international leadership, and proven ability to recruit, manage diverse teams, manage multi-million

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with a track record in international cooperation.
• 10+ years' senior management experience in international cooperation, ideally across humanitarian aid, development policy, and church cooperation.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, intercultural teams and multi-million budgets.
• Strong fundraising, networking with donors, and representation at executive levels.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership to the Global Cooperation division as a member of the Executive Board.
• Lead and develop Heads of Programmes and Team Leaders with HR collaboration.
• Oversee international programmes across development cooperation, humanitarian aid, and policy.
• Represent HEKS/EPER to donors and partners; expand the donor base.
• Ensure financial risk management, compliance, and governance.
