HEKS/EPER seeks a proven leader for the Global Cooperation division, based at the Zurich head office. The Head of Global Cooperation will oversee all international work, lead a diverse team, manage multi-million budgets, and engage with donors, partners and policymakers to advance a just world.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s degree, 10+ years of senior management experience in international cooperation, and excellent cross-cultural communication in English and German/French.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of senior management experience in international cooperation.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, intercultural teams and multi-million budgets.
• Strong network with donors and international partners.
• Excellent communication and strategic vision, with integrity and resilience.

Aufgaben

• Member of the Executive Board, leading HEKS/EPER's international work and shaping its strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership and organizational development for the Global Cooperation division.
• Lead Heads of Programmes and Team Leaders, in partnership with HR.
• Oversee programme management, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Represent HEKS/EPER to donors and networks, expanding the donor base.
• Oversee finances, HR, security, safeguarding, and public communication.
