Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Coordinator in Geneva to support the Head of SIED and the Division’s Leadership Team. You will manage calendars, travel, and sensitive correspondence, coordinating cross‑divisional workstreams and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Role requires discretion, proactivity and the ability to handle tight deadlines. This is a defined‑duration appointment through December 2029 with a focus on governance and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary certification/diploma required, or related certification.
• University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health or related field is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced certification in PC/computer skills; secretarial training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Delivery Office activities and cross‑divisional initiatives.
• Act as focal point for department requests and executive support to Heads.
• Organise travel, visas, meetings and related logistics.
• Assist HR processes including onboarding, training budgets and recognition budgets.
• Prepare concise governance/board materials and reports as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, events and surveys; support process improvement.
