Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, SCM, Operations, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel; able to perform lookups and data maintenance.
• Familiar with SAP; strong data accuracy and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Exchange Pool Stock Level overview by daily updates.
• Maintain Core Return Management overview with accurate records.
• Monitor open core returns, send reminders, and document feedback.
• Coordinate missing/incorrect core information and track responses.
• Verify documentation and escalate unresolved discrepancies.
