Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Switzerland is offering an Exchange Pool Operations Intern role. You will maintain stock level overviews, coordinate core returns, and ensure data accuracy across SAP and service records.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or supply chain, proficient in Excel, SAP, and optionally Power BI, with fluent English and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Exchange Pool Stock Level overview and data integrity.
• Manage Core Return Management data including dates, parts, and service details.
• Monitor open core returns and assist with timelines and reminders.
• Coordinate missing or incorrect core information and update records.
• Verify documentation and references for accuracy and consistency.

Exchange Pool Operations Intern

Your Tasks

• Maintain the Exchange Pool Stock Level overview by updating the Stock Level List daily using relevant SAP and operational data. Check stock data for completeness and consistency and flag zero-stock, critical-stock, and data-quality issues
• Maintain the Core Return Management overview, ensuring open cases, return dates, part numbers, serial numbers, Service Center details, and follow-up status are accurately recorded
• Monitor open core returns from Service Centers and internal maintenance, send reminders, document feedback, and support compliance with agreed or contractual return timelines
• Coordinate missing or incorrect core information by forwarding the Missing Information Form, tracking responses, and updating records until the case can proceed
• Check required documentation and references, including customers reports and sales delivery information, part and serial numbers, and removal data, and escalatem unresolved discrepancies

With this you convince us

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
• Confident use of Excel for structured data entry, basic calculations, filters, lookups, and list maintenance
• Ability to work with SAP and shared mailboxes and to check operational data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and eliminate exceptions appropriately
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Fluent English skills are required; German language skills would be a strong advantage, along with a customer and service-oriented mindset
