You will partner with Engineering, Customer Support, Product Management and IT to transform insights into value, deliver standard and bespoke reports, and contribute to Digital Airworthiness and CAMO initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Define, develop, and execute the Flight Data Monitoring strategy based on business priorities and customer needs
• Ensure Flight Data Monitoring services and platform capabilities remain aligned with applicable FDM/FOQA regulations, industry standards, and best practices (EOFDM)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Support, Product Management, IT, and external operators to transform data insights into product, service, and business value
• Develop and deliver value-added Flight Data Monitoring services, including standard reports, dedicated customer reports, benchmarking studies, and ad-hoc analyses
• Support the development of Digital Airworthiness and Digital CAMO capabilities by contributing fleet data insights, reliability analyses, and compliance-related inputs.
• Support negotiations with customers and attend and deliver presentations at customer events, contribute to business cases, commercial offerings, customer workshops, as well as sales activities related to data-driven services
