Qualifikationen

• CFC in Business Administration or Bachelor in Hospitality/ Tourism or equivalent education.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar events role.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong prioritization abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility.
• Customer orientation and service mindset.
• Native French speaker with fluent English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Organize events according to client needs with internal and external clients.
• Ensure administrative and operational follow-up according to deadlines.
• Guide customers to ensure high-quality events and upsell relevant School offerings.
• Communicate, coordinate and ensure the success of events.
• Liaise with external suppliers (AV, decoration, etc.) and manage invoicing for events.
• Contribute to various projects within the department.
