Job summary

EHL Group seeks a Faculty Development Coordinator in Lausanne to enhance visibility of academic work and support digital content across School microsites. You will coordinate content for the Hospitality Business School and School of Practical Arts, align with Research Support and Corporate Communications, and report to the Faculty Visibility Team lead.

The role requires English fluency, French proficiency, and at least 2 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or related discipline and/or digital education.
• Excellent command of written English with strong proofreading capabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or 4 years in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy for HBS and SPA microsites and increase visibility.
• Manage annual editorial calendar and develop industry-relevant content.
• Identify research and pedagogical content opportunities with faculty.
• Collaborate with communications to promote institutional visibility of EHL.

The **Faculty Development Coordinator** is responsible for serving as a liaison between the permanent faculty members and the Academic Office for visibility-related needs. You will support the identification and production of digital communication content related to learning and research at EHL Hospitality Business School. You will collaborate closely with the Research Support Team, the Faculty Affairs team and the Corporate Communications department. This role reports to the Faculty Visibility Team lead.**What will you do ?** * Lead the strategic development of content for the Hospitality Business School (HBS) and School of Practical Arts (SPA) research and pedagogy microsites. Increase the visibility of faculty expertise and share research outputs with internal and external audiences.* Manage the annual editorial calendar for both Academic Office microsites and develop industry-relevant content aligned with key editorial principles.* Proactively support the identification of research and pedagogical content opportunities in collaboration with research and teaching faculty.* Liaise with the communication department to support content production to promote institutional visibility of EHL’s.* Support digital communications that enhance the visibility of learning and research by identifying content opportunities with internal stakeholders, reviewing and editing content, ensuring publication quality.* Support digital communication activities related to learning and research institutional visibility, including CRM uploads, SEO research and editorial calendar coordination.* Produce monthly newsletters and regular reporting on Faculty content.* Secure new external media outlet opportunities to expand national and international reach.* KPI analysis for content visibility and support for the preparation of marketing reports.**Who are you ?** * You have a Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or related discipline and/or digital educationand an excellent command of written English with strong proofreading capabilities* You have a methodical and structured mind, a good capacity to work in a collaborative and autonomous way.* You are reliable, proactive, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills.* You have an interest in hospitality business management education and multicultural environment.* You have very good command of Microsoft Office.* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, or at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.* You have full professional proficiency in English (C2 level) and French (B2)**What we offer ?** We offer you a **temporary contract**, with exceptional employee benefits including free meals, an attractive number of days off, a parking space or public transport contribution, as well as access to various services and facilities.
