Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented and analytical Business Performance Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis activities across HQ and regional teams.
Responsibilities
Business Planning & Forecasting
- Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budgets and strategic plans.
- Perform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies before review.
- Prepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation to facilitate forecasting and business planning activities.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide the analytical foundation for business reviews and performance discussions.
- Perform first‑level variance analyses to identify significant business trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers, highlighting key observations for further review.
- Prepare charts, tables and data visualisations for leadership presentations and performance reviews.
Data & Reporting
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.
- Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker.
- Support the identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency.
What will make you successful?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- A strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics.
- Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality.
- A collaborative spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus.
