Job summary

planitswiss Group is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead public and corporate events in Switzerland and beyond. You will drive end-to-end delivery with a client-focused, environmentally respectful mindset in a human-sized company.

You will manage RFPs, budgets with full P&L, and on-site execution across Swiss and international events, building strong client relationships and guiding project teams and suppliers to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years of experience delivering public and corporate events in Switzerland and internationally.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Strong business mindset with rigorous approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead congresses, conferences and galas end-to-end from brief to post-event closure.
• Respond to RFPs with compelling concepts and budgets.
• Plan event flow and operations for Swiss and international events.
• Manage budgets with P&L responsibility and negotiate with suppliers.
• Lead on-site delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop client relationships with the Key Account Manager.
• Direct project teams and external suppliers.

You are

An experienced Event Project Manager with at least 5 years of delivering public and corporate events in Switzerland and internationally. You know the Swiss venue and supplier landscape, combine rigour with a strong client and business mindset, and value environmental respect. You see yourself as a business partner: pragmatic and solution-oriented. You are fluent in French and English, flexible to travel, and you want to make a difference in a human-sized company.

You will

• Lead corporate congresses, conferences and galas end-to-end, from client brief to post-event closing
• Answer RFPs and present compelling concepts, proposals and budgets with strategic insight
• Plan the entire event flow and operations for Swiss & international events
• Manage project budgets with full P&L responsibility and negotiate with suppliers
• Lead events on-site, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction
• Own client relationships with the Key Account Manager and grow existing accounts
• Lead project teams and suppliers
