Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in omnichannel/digital engagement in European pharma/biotech.
• Experience localizing customer journeys, content and channels.
• Led engagement plans for major European launches with reusable kits.
• Knowledge of MLR/PRC and multi-country standards in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the European Commercial Engagement Model and Launch Kit.
• Translate brand strategy and insights into targeted customer journeys and channels.
• Partner with country leaders to implement activation plans and learnings.
• Define requirements for content tagging, audience segmentation and reuse across channels.
