Cartier seeks a Regional Controller to join the European Finance team, consolidating reporting and driving budgets across Europe. You will partner with local controllers and key stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and deliver forward-looking insights.

You will lead KPI development, enhance financial planning, and oversee a data-driven transition from PowerBI to Looker in collaboration with HQ Data. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in economics or engineering with 5-8 years of experience.
• Finance analysis expertise in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
• Ability to analyze complex data and propose solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SAP BI reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational setting.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate regional budgeting with local and Group Finance teams and other regional functions.
• Consolidate regional budgets/LE and provide critical financial insights to support decisions.
• Monitor market performance monthly, partner with local controllers to identify deviations, risks, and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HQ Finance Data to optimize reporting, incl. migration from PowerBI to Looker.
