Richemont Iberia SL in Bellevue (Switzerland) is seeking an experienced Controlling professional to lead monthly financial close for the W&J industrial perimeter and to drive data quality and automation within the reporting model.

You will contribute to standardizing costing definitions, build robust benchmarks, and develop high-quality analytical slides and dashboards for stakeholders across the Group and Maisons, with Europe-wide travel.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing/industrial controlling, audit, financial planning & analysis), or project finance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost elements, standard costing, variance analysis, and industrial P&L structures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO) and consolidation tools as well as Power Query, Power Pivot, or Looker is highly valued
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly financial closing and reporting for the W&J industrial perimeter, providing analysis of operational highlights, cost structures, and manufacturing variances.
• Contribute to the consolidation and analytical review of financial data for budgets and reforecasts, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.
• Proactively identify and implement process optimizations, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and automate manual tasks.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and cost analyses to support strategic decision-making and team objectives.
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and automation within our data model, supporting digital transformation initiatives to optimize reporting tools.
