SIDLER SA is seeking a Junior Controller to join the Group Finance team. The role entails contributing to controlling, reporting and consolidation activities while supporting company growth.

You will prepare consolidated financial reports, assist budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate intercompany processes with international subsidiaries. Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Controlling.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1 or higher).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; ERP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, NFP).
• Support budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting processes.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and invoicing procedures.
• Assist the Head of Finance with cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Support Group Consolidated Financial Statements and statutory statements.
• Assist M&A activities with financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage accounting and reporting for the assigned cost centre.
