Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a motivated leader to establish and head the regional supply chain for Europe, ensuring finished goods are packaged, released, and delivered to the designated European third-party logistics provider (3PL).

Scope includes commercial packaging, serialization, artwork management, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and logistics. This is a team leader role reporting to the head of Commercial Supply Chain in Europe.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain (18 years preferred including biotech build-out).
• Experience in commercial product launch preparation and execution.
• Experience in commercial packaging, serialization, and validation.
• Experience in contract packaging and 3PL distribution operations.
• Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing manufacturing/service agreements.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain deliverables and timelines for product launches and ongoing supply.
• Develop and execute regional supply strategy aligned with global processes and European needs.
• Align regional supply budget and FTE with global; scale operations as directed.
• Lead secondary packaging, labeling, serialization, and validation activities.
• Coordinate artwork design/revisions with Regulatory and Quality for local market needs.
• Ensure country-level serialization requirements are met and manage day-to-day issues.
• Manage trade and logistics for Europe shipments to 3PL and CMOs, coordinating priorities.
• Support regulatory milestones with shipping validation and data accuracy.
