Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior payroll leader to own the European payroll operating model, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll across multiple countries. You will partner with HR, Finance, Total Rewards and external providers to standardize processes while respecting local requirements.

As Associate Director, Payroll, Europe you will define governance, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement through transformation initiatives and data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership of payroll operations across multiple European countries.
• Experience with European tax, social security, and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, Finance and external vendors.
