Luxaviation ONE is seeking a Group Charter Director – Europe to build and lead a new charter department. You will design the commercial strategy, recruit and manage brokers, and drive revenue growth across Europe and internationally.

The role requires 8–10 years in charter sales, 3+ years in a senior leadership role, and strong networking with corporate clients. Remote work flexibility is offered depending on experience and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in charter sales (group/ad hoc)
• At least 3 years in senior management with team-building responsibilities
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset capable of starting a new business unit
• Established network of international corporate clients and partners
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication at senior level
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset

Aufgaben

• Build and lead Luxaviation ONE Group Charter department from the ground up
• Recruit, mentor, and manage charter sales executives and brokers
• Design and execute the business development plan for group charter across Europe and beyond
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and trade partners
• Drive campaigns using CRM tools, targeted prospecting, and networking
• Negotiate commercial agreements and tailor offers to clients
• Ensure service excellence through the charter process from proposal to post-flight feedback
• Represent Luxaviation ONE at industry events and report KPIs to management
