Point One Navigation seeks a European Events Field Marketing Lead to own strategy, planning, and execution of regional events and programs that build presence, pipeline, and brand across Europe. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to select high-impact events and run them end-to-end—from strategy and budget to booth design and post-event handoff.

You will serve as the region's on-the-ground marketing owner, translating market knowledge into a calendar of events

Formación

• 7+ years in field marketing or event marketing with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Track record of high-impact events from planning to pipeline delivery.
• Comfortable managing budgets, ROI reporting, and vendor negotiation.
• Experience marketing to technical or engineering audiences.
• Strong project management skills to run events across countries and time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Own European event calendar and select conferences and events to support pipeline and brand.
• Build business cases including audience fit, pipeline impact, costs and ROI.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: booth design, shipping, staffing, collateral, signage, on-site coordination.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities, demos, and customer meetings on-site.
• Track pipeline, cost per lead, and ROI; align with Marketing Ops.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure post-event follow-up.
• Align brand presence with regional markets and partner co-marketing.
• Bridge between European Sales and Global Marketing/Product teams.
