BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Training, Europe to shape and execute the European training strategy for marketed products and upcoming launches. You will design onboarding, continuous learning, and capability paths for EU field and office teams in line with country needs.

Lead rollout of selling models, embed best practices, and collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, HR and Compliance to ensure compliant, high-impact programs and measurable performance improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and delivering European commercial training programs.
• Experience in hematology/oncology preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Fluency in English; other European languages desired.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the European commercial training strategy.
• Lead modular training design for virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Country teams across functions.
• Oversee budget, governance, and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with LMS and external partners.
