Job summary

UEFA is seeking a Guest Experience & Services Expert to plan and deliver guest service operations across eight host cities for UEFA EURO 2028. The role focuses on IP hotels and coordination with airports and train stations to ensure a seamless VIP guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing service levels, hotel operations, staff training and cross-functional coordination with transport and venues. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in events, hospitality or guest management.
• 4 to 6 years experience in events, preferably sports events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the guest management and protocol strategy.
• Oversee guest services SLAs across host cities and UEFA VIP hotels.
• Lead planning, set-up and delivery of guest management operations.
• Coordinate charter flights, private aviation and VIP movements.
• Support planning for the UEFA president and general secretary and teams.
