Job summary

Ligentec in Ecublens, Switzerland, seeks a Grant Coordinator to manage Horizon Europe and Chips JU projects, drive Ligentec-owned work packages, and ensure audit readiness across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with the PMO, technical specialists, and international partners to align grant governance with cutting-edge photonics engineering and to deliver robust technical reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Photonics, Optics, Physics, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of EU-funded project coordination experience (Horizon Europe, H2020, Chips JU).
• Experience reviewing technical designs, process runs, and optical characterization results.
• Proven experience with grant reporting, audits, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple funded projects in parallel, track deliverables, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Lead LIGENTEC-owned technical work packages and drive progress toward completion.
• Draft and review technical sections for grant applications.
• Own the technical narrative of periodic/final project reports.
• Oversee resource allocations, timesheets, purchase orders, and budgets.
• Maintain audit trails in compliance with EU regulations and support audits.
• Represent Ligentec in consortium meetings and external workshops.
