Job summary

Ligentec seeks a Grant Portfolio Manager to own the public funding strategy and pipeline for its multi-year technology roadmap. You will bridge deep-tech R&D, corporate finance, and international consortia, steering non-dilutive funding from proposal to completion.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will build strategic partnerships across Europe, ensure audit-ready frameworks, and empower global teams to scale photonic solutions with leadership across Switzerland, France, and Belgium.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in public funding programs (EU Horizon Europe, Chips JU) and national/regional grants.
• Deep-tech background in semiconductors, photonics, microelectronics, or related hardware.
• Audit and compliance expertise with cost eligibility and timesheet governance.
• Academic degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• Experience with ERP tools; Odoo is a plus.
• Leadership and cross-border collaboration across remote, multi-country teams.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year funding roadmap and manage opportunities across Europe.
• Build consortia and align grant projections with internal budgets and strategy.
• Forecast resource needs and track funded project shares with PMO.
• Establish and maintain audit-ready governance and oversee funder audits.
• Own technical reporting, Consortium & Grant Agreements with legal/finance teams.
• Lead Grant Coordinators and coordinate with EU project officers.
