Qualifikationen

• Senior engineer with leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong background in physics, laser physics, photonics, optics, and related disciplines.
• Extensive experience in laser development, ultrafast lasers, nonlinear optics, and complex tech programs.

Aufgaben

• Plan, structure, and drive strategic technical projects and programs across internal and external partners.
• Define work packages, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work across R&D, laser/optical engineering, mechanical/electronics engineering, product development, manufacturing, and quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate technical discussions, meetings, and alignment with customers, partners, suppliers, and research institutions.
