CERN's Accelerator and Technology Sector seeks an Experienced Project Assistant to support HL-LHC and large international projects. You will coordinate complex programs, manage workflows in JIRA and EDMS, and ensure milestones, risks, and reporting are on track.

Onsite at CERN in Geneva, you will engage with multidisciplinary teams, plan workshops and reviews, and help drive governance and communication across departments and partners.

Qualificações

• Experience in planning, coordination and delivery of workshops, meetings, reviews or other large-scale events.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Experience in a scientific, technical, engineering or project-based environment, with the ability to understand and support complex technical activities.
• Fluency in English; willingness to learn French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination and delivery of complex European and strategic projects, ensuring planning, stakeholder engagement, milestone tracking, risk management, documentation, reporting, and timely deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end ATS Specification Committee technical review processes, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, overseeing workflows and schedules, ensuring compliance with procurement and audit requirements, and driving timely actions and KPIs.
• Drive project governance and performance monitoring by maintaining plans, tracking progress, consolidating status reports, and maintaining documentation repositories (EDMS, CERNBox, JIRA).
• Plan and coordinate workshops, technical reviews, and large-scale project events, managing logistics and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate communication and outreach activities for major projects, developing communication plans and ensuring consistent messaging across CERN departments and external partners.
