Jobup in Switzerland is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our CX & Custom Digitalization / Nonprofit teams with the creation of sales & marketing materials, tenders and offer processes.

You will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and, using AI and automation, help develop smart sales processes. The role combines research, engagement and internal process optimisation in a flexible, partly remote Winterthur-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Innovation & Analytics, Marketing/Sales or comparable.
• Structured, analytical and creative thinking – with a hands-on mentality, you independently complete projects in short sprints.
• Interest in digital business models & Microsoft Business Applications
• Fluent in German & English – communication is your strength.
