International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva seeks a Senior Manager, Business Change Management to lead the organizational change strategy for the ERP transformation under the BORA program. You will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness across the enterprise.

You will design training, track adoption, and support go-live activities, partnering with Global Process Owners, IT, and business leaders to embed new ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP finance transformations.
• Ability to translate process and system changes into clear, actionable impacts for people and teams.
• Experience designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end Change Management strategy for ERP transformation, ensuring business readiness, strong communication, and end-user adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to understand changes across the organization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management Plans aligned with ERP goals and timelines.
• Apply structured change methodology to guide engagement, impact analysis, communications, training, and readiness.
• Partner with Transformation team, GPOs, I&D, and business leaders to manage change impacts.
• Build and execute communication strategies delivering clear, consistent messages about ERP implementation and transformation.
• Establish and manage collaboration forums, stakeholder networks, and change champion communities.
• Lead the design and deployment of end-user training programs.
• Drive business readiness across organizational, process, role, and training areas for go-live.
• Track readiness and adoption KPIs; respond to resistance with targeted interventions.
• Provide hands-on support during ERP milestones such as UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
