Zusammenfassung

IATA is seeking an EPM Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the EPM workstream within the Bora program. You will coordinate with stakeholders, procurement, vendors, and SI teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

The role requires a strong background in EPM/ERP projects, FP&A and performance management, and the ability to drive complex programs using agile or hybrid methodologies. Travel is minimal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, information systems, business administration, finance, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale EPM, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise technology programmes.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end EPM implementations across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the EPM workstream within the BORA program, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage risks/issues and drive resolutions through governance channels.
• Coordinate solution design, integration, reporting, security, and implementation readiness.
• Lead testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and business readiness activities.
