Linnea SA in the Tessin region seeks an ERP System Administrator and Application Project Manager to support the implementation, administration and development of ERP, BI, CRM and digital archiving systems. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ERP experience in mid-to-large companies.
• Experience managing IT projects in regulated environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of GxP guidelines and IT compliance.

Aufgaben

• Support ICT strategy and digitalization roadmap.
• Evaluate new applications and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects including ERP, BI, CRM and document archiving.
• Ensure compliant systems and documentation with hands-on ownership.
• Participate in audits and collaborate with QA for validation and compliance.
• Gather requirements from business departments and translate into technical solutions.
• Oversee timelines, risk assessments and change management with internal and external teams.
• Provide ongoing functional support and act as reference for ERP/BI/CRM users.
