To strengthen our Digital Affairs Department at our headquarter in Mendrisio (Switzerland), we are currently looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager Operation FI.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Corporate Digital Affairs Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing IT activities related to the management and implementation of the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), interpreting business needs, identifying expected outcomes, and defining technical-functional analyses and documentation while coordinating development and the adoption of proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for one or more projects related to the implementation of the company's new ERP (SAP S/4HANA).
• Support the software and vendor selection process within their areas of expertise.
• Work closely with System Integrators in the dual role of Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for one or more functional areas within the project.
• Independently manage, in collaboration with System Integrators, the following activities:
  • Planning and coordination of all project activities.
  • Assessment and gap analysis within their area of expertise in support of business functions.
  • Design of the SAP solution within their area of expertise.
  • Coordination of testing activities in line with protocols and best practices required in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Support and coordinate future maintenance activities for the new application platform, both corrective and evolutive.
  • Coordinate user training activities to ensure effective adoption of the new systems by the business.
  • Coordinate, as Project Manager, initiatives aimed at developing software and applications (standalone systems integrated with SAP, web apps, mobile apps).

Qualifications And Skills

• Degree or educational background in Information Technology.
• Technical expertise in SAP, with experience in the use and implementation of management software (ERP systems).
• Knowledge of the FI and CO modules, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of core business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
