Orange Cyberdefense is seeking a Sales Manager for Enterprise Accounts in Switzerland. You will lead a team of Global Account Managers, drive growth with new and existing customers, and showcase our premium cybersecurity solutions.

The role requires leading complex enterprise engagements, managing large bid processes, and building high-level relationships. Hybrid work in Switzerland with Zurich or Bern as preferred locations, English fluent and German/Swiss German or French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in strategic sales to enterprise customers.
• Experience leading large-scale proposals and bidding processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels (internally and externally).
• 5+ years of direct sales in complex IT security solutions (B2B).
• Existing customer contacts in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure within multinational companies.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Global Account Managers in the Enterprise Account segment.
• Acquire new customers, grow business with existing customers, and showcase premium solutions and services.
• Directly manage 1 to 3 Accounts.
• Drive and close complex enterprise sales.
• Lead large bid teams and proposal processes.
• Build relationships at the C-level and develop pipeline and forecasts.
• Grow partner relationships and participate in industry events.
• Report to the Swiss Sales Director.
