Neural Concept is seeking a seasoned engineer to take ownership of deploying and operating our platform for enterprise customers. You will manage deployments end-to-end, from architecture discussions through go-live to steady-state operation, including on-premises and air-gapped environments.

You will integrate identity, data, and engineering systems with the model serving layer, collaborate with IT, security, and platform teams, and diagnose issues—even when the root cause lies outside our

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production.
• Experience in restricted or air-gapped environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deploy and troubleshoot at customer sites.
• Professional customer-facing English.

• Lead deployment from architecture to go-live and steady-state.
