Zusammenfassung

Celonis seeks a senior leader to grow and lead our Enterprise Architect team, defining architecture, data, and cloud strategies for our largest client accounts.

You will sponsor pre- and post-sales engagements with C-level executives, guiding modernization efforts and leveraging Agentic AI. You will coordinate with product and engineering to ensure premier technical services and scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of relevant experience leading Enterprise Architects or technical teams at a top consulting firm or software vendor.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in data architecture, system integrations, data operations, and programming languages like SQL and Python.

Aufgaben

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects who shape architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts.
• Act as an executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales phases, presenting strategic visions to C‑level executives.
• Guide your team to design architectures that drive enterprise modernization and leverage emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
• Serve as the leadership bridge between Celonis product/engineering and client teams to deliver premier technical services.
• Oversee assessment of customer IT landscape maturity and coach Celonis teams and partners on architecture, integration, and scalability.
• Develop reusable assets and customer-facing thought leadership on architecture and innovation.
