Full Job Description - Enterprise-AI Application Developer

Work with GPTBlue, OpenAI models and other third-party tools while collaborating with system engineers and AI Application developers.

Responsibilities

• Building agents and multi-agent networks for enterprise-wide AI applications.
• Leverage our 'Prompt-over-Code' method. PoC is not a no-code system, but a process hierarchy. Prompts lead the process, and function calls include the necessary execution code.
• Build any application for scalability.
• Building advanced autonomous technologies in the agentic realm.
• Build and leverage non-linear process functionalities.
• Maximize results, leveraging OpenAI, Weaviate, and other tools.
• Model development, genetic computing, synaptic agent connections, and more.
• Continuously expand your technological knowledge into neuroscience to better understand the human brain's vastness, and into neurolinguistics to learn how our language shapes thinking and how we can improve communication with an LLM.

Technical Experience

• Working experience with Agentic-AI incl. LLMs, GPT-x APIs.
• Experience in vector databases such as Weaviate.
• Experience with Python or ColdFusion programming.
• Experience with model fine-tuning and OpenAI embeddings.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
