Zusammenfassung

DeepJudge, headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the technical deployment of our AI search platform for premier law firms. You will tailor deployments to each customer’s cloud or on-premise environment, balancing performance, security, and integration needs.

You will work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex integration challenges, automate deployments, and improve the overall deployment experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, Forward Deployment, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Experience deploying or operating enterprise software in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure or GCP.
• Excellent communication with enterprise customers.
• Bonus: exposure to enterprise search, AI/LLM platforms, or startup/SaaS environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical solution end to end, from architecture to production rollout and adoption.
• Deploy and configure DeepJudge across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Integrate DeepJudge with enterprise systems like document management, identity providers, cloud platforms, and data sources.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across deployments, infrastructure, networking, authentication, integrations, and application behavior.
• Build deployment automation, tooling, and operational playbooks to speed deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and SRE to improve product and deployment experience.
• Raise recurring customer requirements to help drive product and engineering improvements.
• Take ownership beyond projects, fix issues, and help scale processes and tools.
